All of our Hilltop Premium Choice Steaks are Canada AAA or USDA Choice. They are all individually hand-cut and aged to our strict specifications, flash frozen at just the right moment to lock in the flavour and vacuum packed in a sturdy heavy-duty pouch. Your steaks will be shipped frozen, however, when you receive your order they are likely to be partially or completely thawed. DON’T PANIC…as long as they are still cool to the touch, they are fine to refrigerate or refreeze.
Delivery Orders Under $75 are subject to a $15 packaging fee. At this time, we only ship product within Canada.
