The Hilltop Grill & Beverage Co. has been a Maritime tradition in Fredericton, NB for over 30 years and has long been considered a favourite restaurant by the locals.  Over our many years in business we have paid particular attention to offering what we consider to be some of the finest steaks around.  We have developed our own specifications for the steaks we serve and take great pride in offering these to our customers every day.  We sell more beef than all other restaurants in the City combined.  We serve the equivalent of the population of the City of Fredericton every six weeks and take pride in our work and the satisfaction in knowing that we have searched the planet to bring our customers the best value available.  We will continue to do so as we add additional products.  Some of the factors which determine our great steaks are:

• We use only AAA or USDA Choice Beef.
• We only do business with the best purveyors in the industry who are both Federally Inspected and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). 
• All our beef is cut, hand trimmed and naturally aged to our strict specifications.
• Each cut is vacuum sealed and flash frozen to lock-in its natural flavour at just the right moment.
• We stand behind each and every steak we sell by offering to you our 100% guarantee of satisfaction.
