Ordering Information

1. Telephone Orders: To place your order by phone, please call us at (506) 457-1100 Monday to Friday (except holidays) between 9am and 5pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST).
2. Website Orders: Please visit our Products page at www.hilltopsteaks.com 24hrs a day, 7 days a week to place your order. When placing an order through the website you will receive immediate confirmation that your order has been received as well as an estimated time of arrival for your product.
3. Payment Options: For your convenience you may choose one of the following methods:
4. Delivery orders under $75 are subject to posted shiping rates and a $15 packaging fee.
5. At this time, we only ship product within Canada.

Shipping Information

Pick-Up Orders

1. Customers may place an order online and request to pick it up at the restaurant.
2. Orders for Pick-Up will be ready within 60 minutes of order being placed.
3. For Pick-Up Orders on Weekends and Holidays, please call the Hilltop directly at (506) 458-9057 or visit us at 1034 Prospect St., Fredericton, NB.

Delivery Orders

1. Please Note that at this time we only ship within Canada. For all you other folks, you’ll just have to wait…..eh!
2. With the exception of Friday’s and Holiday’s all orders will be shipped by FedEx Priority Overnight courier.
3. When ordering please be sure all addresses are correct including a daytime telephone number for each recipient.  For logistical reasons we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
4. In the event that we have been provided an incorrect address, it is the sender’s responsibility to cover the cost of reshipment of the product which we will do expeditiously.
5. When ordering our product, if you do not expect the recipient to be available to accept or receive the product, you may leave specific instructions to have the product “left at the door”.

After You Recieve Your Order

1. When you receive your steaks, they will likely be partially or completely thawed. There is no need to panic. As long as the product is still cool to the touch you should refrigerate or refreeze immediately.
2. We recommend you place your steaks in your refrigerator as soon as possible. Once thawed, your steaks should be consumed within five (5) days.
