We are only one of a handful of restaurants and steak houses in North America to have such strict specifications. Our steaks are hand picked, trimmed and aged to our strict standards and then flash frozen in time to preserve maximum tenderness and flavor until you are ready to enjoy!

Our Promise to you is…..”If you have not thoroughly enjoyed your steak, please tell us so we can make it right. How will we make it right? We will refund your purchase or replace your order. We offer you three ways to tell us your story:
